Saddleworth FC Football Academy
Saturdays are for FOOTBALL
Saddleworth FC Football Academy, previously known as the Soccer School, has a rich history of developing young talent from ages 4 to 6, and creating successful teams over the past decade.
The Academy runs 9.00am to 10.00am on Saturdays at Saddleworth School in Diggle, between September and July.

Our aim is to provide a nurturing environment for young players to develop their skills, make friends, and follow a clear pathway through junior football.

We depend on dedicated volunteer coaches and we are always looking for extra help to keep the Academy going.
Previous knowledge of football is not essential but of course does help. What matters more is a desire to provide a fun environment for young players. Full support and guidance will be provided by committee members and other coaches to help you go from a parent (with probably a bit of imposter syndrome) to session leader and possibly then a team coach in the East Manchester Junior Football League (EMJFL).

Your involvement is key to our success and we look forward to welcoming you to our Academy.
