Play your part and respect The FA's Respect Code of Conduct
At Saddleworth FC, we are dedicated to fostering a positive, supportive, and respectful environment for all our young athletes. As part of this commitment, we adhere to The FA's Code of Conduct, which helps ensure that everyone can enjoy football in a safe and enjoyable setting. By following these guidelines, you'll not only improve your skills and teamwork but also contribute to a positive atmosphere for your teammates, coaches, and supporters.
When playing football, I will:

• Always play my best for the benefit of the team
• Play fairly and be friendly
• Play by the rules and respect the referee
• Shake hands with the other team - win or lose
• Listen carefully to what my coach tells me
• Understand that a coach must do what's best for the team
• Talk to someone I trust or the club welfare officer if I'm unhappy about anything at my club
• Encourage my teammates
• Respect the facilities home & away

I understand that if I do not follow the code, I may:
• Be asked to apologise to whoever I upset
• Receive a first, then second and final informal warning if I do not follow the code in training and/or matches
• Be asked to sit out a match or training temporarily if I receive a final warning
• Receive a formal warning if I do not follow the code on several occasions
• Be dropped, substituted or suspended from training if I do not follow the code on several occasions
